The Ontario Football Conference is pleased to release our 2023 regular season and playoff schedule. The season will officially kick off on Saturday August 12th with a doubleheader! The Ottawa Sooners will welcome the London Beefeaters to their new home turf of Gee-Gees Field on the grounds of the University of Ottawa to jumpstart the season at 4 p.m. The OFC Champion St. Clair Saints will then begin their title defense as they welcome the Quinte Skyhawks, led by new Head Coach Sean Mellor, to Acumen Stadium at 7 p.m. Our opening weekend will conclude on Sunday August 13th with the Hamilton Hurricanes and their new Head Coach Barry Emo traveling to GTA to take on the Grizzlies at 1 p.m.
The regular season ends on Sunday October 1st, with all six teams taking to the field. The OFC Semifinals will take place on Saturday October 14th, with the winners battling it out for the chance to hoist the Ted Morris Memorial Trophy in the OFC Championship on Saturday October 21.
The OFC Champions will then travel to the Prairies on Saturday October 28th for the Canadian Junior Football League National Semifinal against the winner of the Prairie Football Conference. The winner of the National Semifinal will earn the right to play for the Canadian Bowl which will take place on Sunday November 12th by the winner of the British Columbia Football Conference.
